We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Salon Administrator/Front of House to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Phone Management: Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, handling appointment bookings, inquiries, and any concerns that may arise.
Salon Software: Utilise salon management software to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently.
Client Support: Assist stylists with client needs, including shampooing, ensuring all clients receive excellent care throughout their visit.
General Duties: Maintain a clean and organised salon environment, including basic cleaning tasks and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
Client-Facing Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is essential.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and salon management software (training will be provided).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high standard of service.
Team Player: Willingness to assist with various salon duties and work collaboratively with the team.
